Hello my name is Alex and I am a fun, local Los Angeles pickleball coach with over 4 years of playing experience and over 4 years of teaching experience! I’m also a PPR Certified Pickleball Professional, PTR Certified Tennis Professional as well as a USTA Certified Tennis Professional. I am originally from Minsk, Belarus and I was ranked among the top 10 juniors my age (highest UTR 11.8) back home. In the U.S., I competed at #1 singles and #1 doubles spot for a Division 2 school on a full scholarship in Michigan. Coming from a very highly competitive tennis background, I started playing pickleball in 2021. Part-time pickleball coaching has always been a huge part of my life. Currently, I work my day job as a Data Scientist, and I bring the same level of analytical precision to my coaching work. I teach pickleball lessons right here in the Los Angeles area but I am also willing to travel up to 15 miles to a local pickleball court that is close to you!
