About Joy

Hello my name is Joy! I’m a fun, local Trophy Club pickleball coach with over 7 years of playing experience & over 5 years of teaching experience. In addition, I am also a local USPTA Certified Pickleball Professional, PPR Certified Pickleball Professional, IPTPA Certified Pickleball Professional and USPTA Certified Tennis Professional with over 25 years of playing experience and over 25 years of teaching experience. I have a wealth of tennis experience and passion for the great game of tennis! I am not just a tennis pro-I am also a mentor, motivator and a game-changer. I have also guided tennis players of all ages and all skill levels including tennis legends Serena Williams, Venus Williams, Andy Roddick and Jennifer Capriati. I am recognized as one of America’s Top Coaches by Tennis Channel and Tennis Magazine. I am very committed to helping tennis players of all ages and all skill levels enjoy and also excel in the Gr8 Sport of Tennis!

I am offering fun private pickleball lessons, semi-private pickleball lessons, group pickleball lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). So whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot (dink), approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy-I would be happy to help you with your game!

I teach pickleball lessons in the Trophy Club area but I will also travel up to 10 miles to a pickleball court that is conveniently close to you.
