Hello my name is David and I am a local Bethesda pickleball coach with over 4 years of playing experience and over 3 years of teaching experience! I am also a PPR Certified Pickleball Professional, USPTA Certified Tennis Professional and PTR Certified Tennis Professional.

I am a regular speaker at pickleball coach conferences and most recently published in the December issue of Racquet Sports Industry Magazine. I also serve on the PPR/PTR subcommittee as an industry expert on infrastructure and programming. I’m one of the 6 members who formed the USA Pickleball/US Tennis Association Joint National Workgroup. I am a consultant to many private and public facilities including the Washington DC Department of Parks & Recreation, Montgomery County Parks and Montgomery County Public Schools (the largest school system in Maryland). I manage a staff of 15-20 tennis/pickleball coaches under contracts with these parks/schools.
I am offering fun private pickleball lessons, semi-private pickleball lessons, group pickleball lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). So whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot (dink), approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy-I would be happy to help you with your game!
I teach fun pickleball lessons in the Bethesda area at Montgomery County schools, parks and HOA’s but will also travel up to 5 miles.

Private Pickleball Lessons (1 Player): $80 Per Hour
Semi-Private Pickleball Lessons (2 Players): $45 Per Hour Each
Group Pickleball Lessons (4+ Players): $25 Per Hour Each
Hitting Only Sessions (1 Player): $80 Per Hour

*If you’re interested in semi-private pickleball lessons (2 players) or group pickleball lessons (4+ players), you would first need to find a friend(s) to take pickleball lessons with you before contacting me.
