About Sofia
Hello my name is Sofia & I’m a fun, local Coconut Creek pickleball coach with over 4 years of playing experience and over 2 years of teaching experience! I am also a fun, local tennis coach with over 16 years of playing experience and over 5 years of teaching experience. I’ve played since age 7 & continue playing on tour. I was a very good junior and finished #9 in ITF (International Tennis Federation) which means that I competed in slams and Junior Masters. I am currently ranked #455 in singles as well as #166 in doubles on the WTA Tour.

As a professional tennis player, I am transitioning into the pickleball world. I am starting to take pickleball a lot more seriously, I am going to start competing in tournaments and I have also been training with some friends who are already currently playing on the pickleball tour. I have had a lot of fun playing and teaching pickleball & I am excited to start sharing some of my experience and knowledge with others!
I am offering fun private pickleball lessons, semi-private pickleball lessons, group pickleball lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). So whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot (dink), approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy-I would be happy to help you with your game!
I teach pickleball lessons in the Coconut Creek area at Terramar Park, Windmill Park, Cypress Park and North Community Park but will also travel up to 5 miles to pickleball court that is located near you.
