Before I started playing pickleball, I played Division 1 college tennis as well as professional tennis. My background in tennis of course relates to pickleball so its helped me to teach my students things like swing path, foot work, strategy and also the mental game. I also have a degree in exercise physiology and I give all my pickleball students advice on stretching, recovery, sport appropriate weight training, visualization, hydration & nutrition. I teach pickleball lessons in the Irvine and Lake Forest area but will travel up to 15 miles to a pickleball court that is located near you!
